Upgrade Server from CD

To bandwidth add the Ubuntu Server CD (http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/download-server) to the server before upgrading.

sudo apt-cdrom add

then

sudo apt-get update
sudp apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
