Fix Ubuntu Splash Screen

Find your swap partition:
sudo fdisk -l

Check the disk ID of the swap partition:
sudo vol_id /dev/sda8

Correct the UUID in the resume file:
sudo nano /etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d/resume
